RigMount X Magnet Mount

RigMounts are a new approach to portable camera support for both photo and video cameras. With industrial grade high-power rare-earth magnets this camera magnet mount will amaze you with its strength when affixed to a compatible metal. (up to 200lbs in a vertical pull) With the ability to magnet mount the possibilities are endless for placing your camera in the perfect position to get the perfect shot. The great thing about mounting a camera with a RigMount magnet mount is that once it is safely attached to a steel surface, it will never loose it's holding power. This gives you peace of mind and better results as well. Many other mounting devices can sag or detach. When you mount your camera with a RigMount you can be confident that your frame will stay exactly where you want it. If shooting in extremely hot or cold weather RigMounts are perfect as they are not affected by temperature unlike suction cups.

Suction mounts are prone to vibration because of the rubber components. Because this magnet mount uses rubber material than suction mounts your shots will be more stable with less vibration. The rubber coating on the RigMount magnet mounts is just enough to protect the surface you are mounting to from being scratched while not depleting the strength of the magnet.

RigMount X comes with 4 individual RigMount magnet mounts which attach to our RigPlate for stronger mounting applications for HDSLRs and other mid-size cameras. You can also use the parts separately for mounting point and shoot and action cameras like the GoPro®.
