7 day return policy

We accept returns if postdated within 7 calendar days form the day of delivery. You will be provided a full refund less the cost of shipping via PayPal.

Limited One Year Warranty.

RIGWHEELS LLC’s products are warranted against any manufactured defect for a period of twelve months from date of purchase.

Manufactured defect does not include breakage of the RigWheel wheel carriage body (rare but usually due to over-tightening or misuse) A replacement wheel can be provided at a discount by contacting us.
